Generally we are shipping our original prints with the transporter DHL and will update you about your tracking number to follow your delivery once it left our logistic center in Berlin.
When the order has to be delivered abroad it will take 4 to 10 days, depending on the customs process to be closed.
You will be sent an email with your tracking number and an estimated date for the delivery of your item. You have different options such as rescheduling delivery to a different date, leaving it with a neighbour or sending to a local depot for collection, if you check your tracking number on DHL website.
Shipping Costs
The charge of your delivery will depend about the type of product ordered and the shipping destination.
In the checkout process before confirming your order you can calculate the shipping costs previously.
What if I´m not in for a home delivery?
If you are not home when DHL try to deliver, they will leave a card with your unique parcel reference number so you can arrange redelivery.
