How do I return my order ?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for some reason you are not and you wish to return your purchase, returning items back to us is very simple; first you’ll need to contact us.
If you would like to return an item for whatever reason, you can return it to us within 10 days in its original condition for a hassle-free refund.
Contact us as soon as possible if on delivery you find that the packaging has become damaged and your items have also become damaged.
Make sure the item is in resalable condition. We cannot refund or credit returned prints that are marked or otherwise damaged.
You will be refunded using the same payment method you used when purchasing your order.
I have received an item I didn´t order?
We’re sorry if we sent you something you didn’t order.
Please return the wrong item to us and make a note on the return slip under reason, stating that you did not order it. Contact our customer service team with your order number, item name and what the fault is and we’ll send a replacement out to you as soon as possible.
How do I know that you have received my item ?
When we receive your item back at our warehouse, you will be notified. We will also keep you notified when your refund is processed or when your resend is being sent out.
When will I receive my refund ?
Your refund will be credited to the payment method you used when purchasing the returned items. It may take 2-3 days to clear depending on your bank.
